Information collecting

When user order goods at our website we store you information you enter; name, address, e-mail, phone number and any other data you enter are required to fulfill order. We are collecting also storing your IP address and date and time when order has been placed.
Credit and debit cards are processed via online payment service provider. Information about credit card is partially collected and stored by us; last 4 card digits and payment reference (transaction id) received from online payment service provider.

Before your package is sent we add tracking information to information collected, which is also sent to you in email.

When sending us online form inquiry, question  or comment we store all information you entered and your IP address.

We keep for 18 months and after all data is anonymized – your data is deleted.

Security

To enable your privacy protection, the secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input and sent to us. Several layers of encryption and several layers of security  prevent unauthorized access and protect all of the sensitive customer data we collect.
